Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items back in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original tags are present, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
